My name is Thomas, and I am a multimedial visual artist, illustrator and designer based in Utrecht, NL. After gaining hands-on experience in illustration through commissions from local organizations and businesses as well as from bands/musical artists, I took the time to develop a signature style that integrates detailed, cartoonesque ink drawing and bold colors (I may have my color blindness to thank for that). As you can hopefully see for yourself in this digital portfolio, this style lends itself to divergent projects, ranging from minimal, bold design work to the psychedelic dreamscapes of the ARTMAUS project. Aside from working as an illustrator and designer, I have also been active as a filmmaker in recent years. I have directed, shot and edited several music videos, live session videos, and animations.
